By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). You may also provide a company name and other optional profile details.
Verification Data: When you submit a verification request, we collect the data necessary to perform the check. This may include the beneficiary's name, IBAN, account number, sort code, IFSC code, bank code, or Alipay ID, depending on the payment network. This data is transmitted to our third-party verification providers to process the check and is not retained longer than necessary to deliver the result and maintain an audit log.
Payment Information: When you purchase credits, your payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials. We retain transaction records including the amount, date, credit quantity, and payment status.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, verification request timestamps, IP addresses, browser type, and device information.
Contact Data: If you submit a contact request, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including processing your verification requests and managing your credit balance.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
- Communicate with you about your account, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.

Payment Processors: Your payment information is handled by our third-party payment processor to facilitate credit purchases and subscription billing.
Infrastructure Providers: We use third-party cloud infrastructure and database services to host and operate the Service. Your data is stored on servers managed by these providers.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of our users or the public.
